I am a full-time Catholic lay missionary, preaching for the past 27 years. I’ve endured chronic pain in my left knee, undergoing several injection treatments without lasting relief. However, during a talk, I experienced a complete healing.

I am an accountant working in Dubai. My parents have attended the retreat every year, bringing along with them at least 2 people. I always resisted their invitation. Last year my Chief Financial Officer visited Divine and was touched. He told us to visit Divine and that he would cover the expense. That was a sign so clear to me, and I came for Power. These six days of intense praise and worship has helped me to experience God who dwells in the praises of his people and to know more about Him. I am mentally, emotionally and spiritually healed.

I had a knee replacement in my left leg and have to undergo replacement of the right leg due to acute pain. During the Inner Healing Session, I felt like something was being placed in my knees and immediately I felt relief from the pain, soon after that I started walking normally. At this retreat the Lord has touched my life from within, I have been harbouring hatred against a person, but now I have made up my mind to go back and reconcile with that person.

I came to Divine to enroll in the Bible Course. I met with an accident and my leg got fractured, I was in severe pain. Even after undergoing a surgery, the pain persisted. During the Physical Healing Adoration, I received my healing. I was able to kneel down without putting in much effort and was completely free from the pain.

I had been suffering from Bartholin Cyst when I came last year for the national youth retreat, and when I went back home I received my healing. I was waiting for a promotion for a long time. I watched the Divine Mercy Adoration Online at 3 pmalmost every day. I had not heard anything regarding my promotion till the 2 June 2025. On 3 June during the online Divine Mercy Adoration, Fr. Jacob Arimpur mentioned that someone has been waiting for a long pending promotion, and God is blessing them now. I claimed this promise for myself and in two days I received a meeting request from my leader, and during that meeting they announced my promotion from manager to Assistant Vice President. I have attended retreats at Divine Retreat Center from the age of 14. I had been suffering from severe headache every morning which was healed during my first retreat and from then on every retreat I made here was filled with miraculous experiences.

I’ve had back pain for many years. I suffered with this pain and struggled to do my daily work. During the Inner Healing Session, I got healed from my back pain completely. My husband had severe leg pain, his nerves were affected, for eight months he remained at home without going to work. Jesus has delivered him from this pain and he is completely healed. My son Tyron had stomach issues. He was given wrong medication at the hospital and it affected his kidney. We surrendered it in prayer, and the good Lord healed my son of his kidney problem.

I’m a commercial Pilot and a mother of 2 beautiful children. During POWER 2025, I felt the powerful presence of God several times during the Adoration, Holy Mass and Praise & Worship sessions. I physically felt a divine touch on my left shoulder and also felt Jesus holding me by my hand. I got a beautiful fragrance while kneeling before the Blessed Sacrament and experienced uncontrollable tears of joy because of God’s presence.

There was always a barrier between me and God, and I kept going back to the world because I never felt redeemed. After I made my confession, I went back to the hall and during the break while having a coffee with my brother, I could feel the presence of God tangibly. Psalms 30:11 -“You have turned my mourning into dancing.” I was smiling inside. Every time I saw the face of Jesus on stage I was smiling. When I was in the Chapel I would smile, and when I lay in bed I would smile. I was overshadowed with the joy of the Lord.

I was suffering from Sinusitis Allergy past 3 years, continuous sneezing, unable to smell anything for the past one year. I have been using Steroid Intra Nasal Sprays. During the Physical Healing Adoration, God gave me grace to forgive and take decision to give up my evil habits. As I walked out after the Inner Healing. I could smell something very pleasant outside. I am healed!

This is my first Retreat. I’m a Chef working with carnival cruise, and I’ve carried a silent emotional struggle due to the deaths I have seen. I lost my Father when I was in the 3rd grade, my grandmother in the 8th grade, and my childhood best friend in the first year of my senior college. This left me with deep emotional wounds and a fear of abandonment. Growing up, I suppressed my emotions and feelings and struggled with anger. I carried guilt, fear, unhealthy habits, which made me distant from God. During POWER, I was able to surrender totally to God through the sacrament of Confession, Holy Mass, personal prayer and the Inner Healing Session. I received strength to break every negative pattern. The Eucharistic Adoration and the Word of God touched the roots of my wound. During the retreat, my real freedom began when I let go of trying things on my own and I let Holy Spirit fill me, let Jesus take over and gave myself to my Abba. I felt Jesus speaking to me personally. This POWER retreat was not only about knowing God but also encountering Him personally.

While I was praying, I sensed Him telling me that I should forgive myself, as He had already forgiven me long ago. I am 12 years old. I had been suffering from knee pain for over two years. Every time I moved my knee, especially while kneeling, it caused discomfort. Since it was due to a growth spurt, there was no specific treatment available. However, I received complete healing during the Physical Healing Adoration. Now I can kneel without any pain.

I had been suffering from headaches and a skin condition, and I was unable to open my eyes in daylight. After my confession, I experienced God’s forgiveness. I also had many questions about my life. During the Physical Healing Adoration and Inner Healing Adoration, my mind was clear. I was healed both physically and spiritually, and I was relieved of all my anxieties. I truly felt the grace of the Holy Spirit within me.

I used to have severe allergic reactions every day, especially during the monsoon season. It would cause high body temperature and swollen eyes. I was tired of taking medication, as there was no improvement in my condition. Since it is currently the monsoon season in Kerala, I had brought my allergy tablets with me. On the first day of the retreat, I prayed that I would be able to focus on the retreat without being disturbed by the allergy. I was completely healed that very day. Throughout the entire week, I was able to concentrate fully on all the sessions.

I had been suffering from severe knee pain for over a month and a half due to the degeneration of my lumbar spine at L3, L4, and L5. I was diagnosed with lumbar swelling and osteoarthritis in my left knee, and I was unable to walk without the help of crutches. I was even hospitalized and had tried several treatments, including acupressure and acupuncture, but nothing helped. On the second day of the retreat, when Father called out my name, I began to experience gradual healing. I was soon able to walk short distances without crutches. Today, I walked fearlessly all the way to the altar without any support. I thank Jesus for this wonderful healing.

In May 2025, I was miraculously healed of my knee pain. For several years, I could only sit and pray, but now I am able to kneel and pray. I brought my son for Power 2025. He is currently in his final year of medical studies in Russia and came home for vacation. At the beginning of the retreat, he was constantly on his phone. As the retreat progressed, he willingly put aside the phone without me even asking. I truly praise God for this transformation.

Despite earlier unsuccessful attempts, God opened a door for me by giving me an opportunity for an interview in Dubai.

After my father’s death, I lost all belief in God and pursued worldly pleasures. This led to rejection, and I became addicted to alcohol and drugs. I felt my life was useless and meaningless. I even contemplated suicide. However, in 2024, I attended a retreat and gave my life to Jesus. The Lord touched me, showing me His love and mercy, and gave purpose to my life. After confessing and forgiving those who had rejected and hurt me, I experienced God’s peace and love for the first time. That’s when I truly came to know the living God and surrendered my life and will to Him. Now, I live for Jesus.

I have since childhood suffered from cough and throat infection regularly. I took tablets and tried everything to control the cough. During the physical healing Adoration, I kept praising God and surrendered myself completely. God healed me. I am now able to praise God without coughing continuously. I had a beautiful experience at Confession also and was able to experience the love and mercy of God.

I was mentally struggling, my business was failing, and I felt lost. During the retreat, I went for counselling and was told that God sees me and has counted every tear I’ve shed. That brought great peace to my heart. I also received a prophecy about a small wooden room, which I didn’t understand at that time. But that same night, I got a call from home saying that they found a worker to build a studio for me. Today, I have my own mini studio, and my business is thriving. In this retreat, I was reminded that the Lord is pleased with me, and Jesus loved me through His Word.

I injured my left leg twice. I was very upset and angry with God, as the injury came at the most crucial time. After six years, I had finally been selected for two major basketball events, and I couldn’t participate because of the injury. During meditation, I struggled with my anger towards God. But I eventually began to pray and asked Abba Father to heal me. Slowly, I started to see the results, my leg began to heal, I no longer needed bed rest, and I stopped limping. The Word of God that touched me was Psalm 3:4: “I called to the Lord for help, and from His sacred hill, He answered me.”

After a devastating breakup, I found myself lost in addiction and confusion, even thinking seminary might be my calling-but a retreat at Divine in 2019 changed everything. I encountered a new path of service at Divine that lifted me from darkness into God’s light. Then, when my mom died during the pandemic, I was shattered. Yet in that grief, God gave me a new family at Divine to lean on, heal with, and belong to. Serving as a volunteer at Power 2025, especially in the registration ministry, was another profound moment of faith. Before the youth retreat, our team interceded over many intentions among them, was that the registration would go smoothly. On the day of the registration, I sat amazed: people who had travelled long distances showed up not tired or burdened, but peaceful and joyful. In that moment, the joy on their faces whispered a truth: God began moving in our midst, making His presence known, making everything fall into place, orchestrating
every little detail. Now, I joyfully and faithfully serve at Divine, moved by grace from brokenness into light, and eternally grateful for how He continues to redeem every part of my story.

Since 2018, Jesus has been my saviour and deliverer from the misery of pornography and masturbation. He has never failed me. Whenever I called unto him, he answered me. This Power 2025 was no exception. He made a way for me to make an international travel, all the way from Australia, so I could come and volunteer. and to experience God’s healing love all over again!

This is the first time I had the privilege of being a volunteer for the National Youth Retreat. I was put in the registration team. I was amazed how volunteers were awake in the night and zealously worked to get the people registered. Every morning all the volunteers from every committee assigned with different tasks, came together and prayed before starting their duties. This was really inspiring and turned into a blessing. Another blessing I witnessed during the Power International Retreat was that God reminded me how He was taking care of me from my birth till today, and He gave me a chance to share my testimony. I got the privilege to help in collecting testimonies from the Retreatants during the Retreat. I could see God’s compassionate hands on the youth. Thank you Jesus, for giving me this opportunity to be a part of the National Youth Retreat and POWER 2025.

At the Power International Youth Conference, I had the privilege of serving as a volunteer at the Divine Retreat Centre and it was truly a life-changing experience. To witness thousands of young people lifting their hearts in worship and encountering the mighty presence of God, this filled me with deep joy and a renewed purpose. It made me realize that my life has true worth and meaning when I choose to serve Him wholeheartedly as a full-timer.
One of the most powerful moments for me was the Inner Healing Adoration. It opened my eyes to see how broken, lost, and burdened we often are and yet how tenderly God touches and restores each soul. Listening to the testimonies that followed, I was deeply moved. They weren’t just stories; they were living proof of a God who heals, transforms, and makes all things new. This experience has strengthened my faith and has inspired me to continue being a witness to the Living God.

I was once lost-wandering through rejection, hopelessness, and purposelessness but God found me. Through the prayers of my parents, grandparents, and the Holy Rosary, He kept bringing me back to His path. Despite the complications at my birth, when doctors said I wouldn’t be able to do much, God willed otherwise. Every gift and opportunity I have is His, so I choose to serve in His vineyard and use my talents for His glory.
Volunteering at Power has changed me: God has taught me patience, gratitude, humility, and to look beyond myself. During the retreat He revealed His greater purpose for my life and reminded me not to worry about tomorrow, but to trust Him completely.

I was a lost sheep until Jesus came out and found me. I was lost in the desires of this world, looking for joy in all the wrong things, like smoking, drugs, alcohol, lust, parties and various other vices. But when I found Jesus, everything changed. His love filled my heart, and I desired nothing more than to serve Him.
During the Power International Retreat in 2022, something wonderful happened. The Holy Spirit gave me clarity on how I must stay close to Him and grow in holiness. And now that I have given my life to Him and serve Him full-time, I can boldly say: “Jesus is everything we’ll ever need.”
My experience during the Children’s Retreat in 2025 was phenomenal. As I was ministering to them, I requested them to write letters to Jesus. Some of the letters were truly tear-jerking and beautiful. One child wrote, “Jesus, I can’t wait to see you in heaven, and when I do, I will give you the tightest hug. I love you so much.” The Joy that comes in serving Jesus is unparalleled, and seeing the wonderful things that he does in our lives and the lives of others is the best feeling in the world.CALVIN DSOUZA
As a volunteer during Power 2025, I truly witnessed people taking up Jesus Christ as their only Hope in their lives.
I was initially in the registration team where I noticed certain youth who were clearly not interested in coming to the retreat. They were compelled by their parents to attend the retreat. So they were indifferent to the instructions being given. They were more concerned about their comfort during the stay. They were clearly showing their displeasure at the thought of sharing rooms for the next one week. Then on the third day of the retreat when the Confession started, I saw the same set of people a little hesitant to approach the Priests. However, once they came to the Confession line, they were eager to look at the prayers and examination of conscience guidelines. There was a visible change in them. I saw the very people looking for comfort forgetting themselves and praising God with all their heart and soul. They had no inhibitions anymore and were not compelled by anyone to pray. It was beautiful to see this transformation of the souls. They were eager to listen to the Word of God and clarify their doubts biblically. Seeing people open their lives to Jesus was an enriching experience. I pray and hope that the freedom they experienced during this retreat would remain with them throughout their lives. It also serves as a reminder to me of how I must never forget this great hope I have in Jesus. It made me realize that I have to spend more time in prayer to strengthen my relationship with Christ.

For me, returning to Divine was like a child coming home from a boarding school. This year, my trip felt uncertain, as I hadn’t applied for leave and wasn’t sure if I would be able to go. But a miracle happened my manager approved my request. The moment that happened, the inner child in me was ready to celebrate being back in God’s presence, and I was overjoyed to return to my home, Divine Retreat Centre.
Being part of this retreat was a profound blessing, and I was amazed to see God’s hand at work in the lives of all those who chose to spend time to want to know the amazing love of Jesus. The intercession for Power 2025 helped prepare us to become humble servants. On all the five days, it was undeniable that Spirit was truly present, and working in each one of us. From the retreat one thing we did come to know was that we as volunteers, the Retreatants, were a chosen generation to witness Jesus the ‘hope of Glory’ and that he would continue to journey with us, guiding our lives in our own walk with Him.
